▎ScreenFect®Booster

在完成HEK293F悬浮细胞的ScreenFect®UP-293转染后，于转染后16小时添加ScreenFect®Booster增效剂，可显著提升蛋白产量。该增效剂含特定复合组分，通过重编程细胞代谢路径（从增殖模式转向蛋白合成模式），从而高效提升大多数目标蛋白的表达水平。
